Boxing
Boxing training at SFC offers a comprehensive approach, from basic techniques such as jabs, hooks and uppercuts to advanced combinations for more experienced participants. In addition to punching techniques, the program also includes sparring, pad work and physical and mental strength development.
Muaythai
